The first step is for us to learn about your window and door needs. During your initial consultation we will talk with you about what you want accomplish, discuss your budget, explore your window options, take a look at your current windows and doors and answer any questions you have.
Once we understand your situation, we will use this information to craft a personalized free estimate for our services. The estimate is based on the information you provide and the window and door products you expressed interest in. The more information you are able to provide us at this step, the more accurate of a quote we can offer. We are happy to price out multiple window or door installation options to provide you with a number of options to consider.
You review the estimate. Make sure to ask us any questions you have about the estimate. At this time, you can also make adjustments to the services or products you want. We can adjust the estimate to reflect your needs.
Once you approve the estimate, it’s time to book an installation date. Installation date will vary based on the windows or doors you choose, manufacturing time, and other factors. It’s recommended to book your install date early to ensure you can select a date that works best for you. We will do our best to accommodate your timelines and availability.
Once the estimate is approved and the installation date is set, we start the manufacturing process. Your windows and doors are designed and manufactured to meet your homes specific needs.
Rather than outsourcing the manufacturing to a third party company, we do everything in house. This allows us to save money and we pass the costs savings down to you. This also ensures we have 100% control over the manufacturing process. If a window doesn’t meet our high production standards, we do it again. All our windows and workmanship is backed by a lifetime transferable warranty.
Once the manufacturing process is complete, our professional installation team will come to your home on the scheduled installation date and install your windows and doors. We take pride in making installation as quick, easy, and unobtrusive as possible. We respect your home, will clean up all work areas and will leave it as if we were never there – except for your new windows and doors!
During this time you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the new windows, how they work, and we are happy to provide you with information about how to properly care for them. We can also go over warranty information with you.
